Throughout her 20-year career behind the chair, Kristen built lasting relationships by earning trust, listening well, and helping clients navigate important life moments. As an entrepreneur, she developed strong skills in client service, business operations, communication, and problem-solving—experience that now serves as a valuable foundation for supporting clients throughout their financial journey.
Kristen is the oldest daughter of Solid Rock Retirement Strategies President and Owner, Jim Kreid, and is proud to continue her family's mission of helping individuals and families pursue financial confidence and peace of mind. She is passionate about creating an exceptional client experience and ensuring every client feels welcomed, valued, and cared for.
A lifelong learner with a heart for serving others, Kristen is currently expanding her knowledge of financial planning and wealth management while working alongside the experienced advisory team at Solid Rock Retirement Strategies.
Kristen lives in Central Illinois with her husband, Jerry, and their two children. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, watercolor painting, cooking, walking, and cheering on her children's activities.
